This user agreement (the Agreement) governs your (the User) use of our website (the Site). Please read this Agreement carefully before using the Site.   2. Intellectual property

  3. Confidentiality

    1. The Site Administration guarantees the confidentiality of the Users personal information provided by them when using the Site.
    2. The user agrees to the processing of his personal information by the Site Administration in order to provide services and improve the quality of the Site.

  4. Disclaimer

    1. The Site Administration is not responsible for any direct or indirect damage caused to the User when using the Site.
    2. The Site Administration is not responsible for the content and accuracy of information provided by third parties on the Site.
    3. The Site Administration does not guarantee uninterrupted and error-free operation of the Site, and also does not guarantee the absence of errors in the Site software.

  5. Dispute Resolution

    1. All disputes arising between the Site Administration and the User must be resolved through negotiations between the Parties.

  6. Final provisions

    1. This Agreement is an agreement between the Site Administration and the User and replaces all previous agreements and agreements between the Parties.
